- If you enjoy the sample images and like what you have read, lets start with a consultation. We will discuss availability, review package details, and what Image This Photography can offer.
- A minimum $150 deposit will be required for booking.
- If an Engagement Shoot or Bridal Shoot is desired, arrangements should be made as soon as possible due to scheduling.
- When scheduling allows, a photographer will attend your wedding rehearsal. This gives us a good understanding of the lighting and how the ceremony will unfold. It is important to know where to be, at what time, and the rehearsal does just that.
- Your photographer will be on location at least 30 minutes prior to the booking time for set-up.
- From experience, we have found last minute scheduling changes are common and we do our best to accommodate. You will never feel rushed or any pressure from your photographer. "You are the boss, you call the shots". "If you want that photo, we will get that photo".
- If the party just wont stop, or you need more time with the photographer, we allow the option to extend our stay.

With our basic package you will be provided with one professional videographer for up to 4 hours of HD camera operation. An archive of all footage will be delivered in High-Definition on DVD masters. | |
| Our standard package provides two videographers for up to four hours. As with the Basic package, everything will be produced in full HD. Wireless lavalier and handheld microphones are added to the cameras to insure optimal audio quality. All footage will be selectively edited down and authored on DVD with chapters. | |

To allow for comprehensive coverage of the wedding day our Deluxe package provides two videographers for up to six hours. Our full audio capabilities will be utilized. The final product will be edited film-style with titling, filters, transitions, audio mixing, and DVD authored with a custom menu with titling and images. You will receive three copies of the DVD with custom packaging. We will also do a flash conversion of the entire video and host it directly on the web so that you can post it on community pages such as Myspace or e-mail the link directly to friends and family.
